CrossFit

 

CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements done at relative high intensities. 

It is a general physical preparedness program that allows you to get stronger and more mobile while improving your stamina and cardiorespiratory endurance.

Anyone can do it. Classes are instructor-led and run as follows:

  • group warmup and mobility,

  • review of the movements in the workout of the day,

  • workout of the day, and

  • any necessary cool down.

Pricing

Memberships are

  • $130 + HST per month for an unlimited membership

  • $110 + HST per month for 3 times per week

  • $220 + HST per month for a couple unlimited

  • $100 + HST per month for students

 

Charlottetown Schedule

Monday - Friday: 6:00, 7:15, 8:30, 11:00 (Open Gym), 12:15, 4:30, 5:45

Saturday: 8:30, 9:45, 11:00, 12:15 (Open Gym)

Sunday: 8:30, 9:45 (Open Gym)

Stratford Schedule

Monday - Friday: 6:00, 7:15, 8:30, 12:15, 4:30, 5:45

Saturday: 8:30, 9:45, 11:00 (Open Gym)
