Come in and train on your own at any time.

782 Fitness is pleased to offer members 24 hour access to both locations. This option is available to those with the Unlimited membership or Open Gym Only membership ($95/month). This option is great for people with busy schedules or for those who have specific fitness goals that require accessory work outside of class. 

Members will be required to pay an initial setup fee of $20+HST and agree to the rules outlined below. For full details and to get set up, please use the Contact Us forms at the bottom of this page.

Here is a summary of the 24/7 Access Rules:

• No high risk movements such as rope climbs, lifts requiring a spot, 1 rep max olympic lifts

• No unauthorized people / sharing codes

• Restricted access - all doors/windows must remain closed

• Clean up after yourself

• No disruption of instructor-led classes. Class attendees take priority over space

• Do not touch thermostat or heat pump remotes

Video surveillance is in place as it is required by insurance to ensure adherence to the rules.
