New to CrossFit? Not sure where to start? Click the link on this page to book a free intro session. During this session, we will cover what CrossFit is, what to expect in a class, and answer any questions you might have. CrossFit not your thing? No problem! We can also use this time to discuss other options that may better fit your health and fitness goals.
Before starting classes, we require those with no CrossFit experience to complete our fundamentals program. Across 3 1-hour sessions, we provide an introduction to all of the most common CrossFit movements. This allows for an easier transition to regular class. Full details and pricing are provided during the intro session.
