HYROX Sim at 782 Fitness

782 Fitness, an official HYROX Training Club, is hosting a full HYROX simulation! Great for athletes preparing for an official HYROX race. Also a good option for those interested in trying one out without the travel and cost commitment.

This race will follow the same format as a full open division HYROX race. See https://hyrox.com/the-fitness-race/ for details.

This event is more about testing your own performance rather than cometing against others. Because of this, the race will be based on the honour system and will not be judged. Aside from heat start times, athletes will not be tracked and no results or splits will be posted. Athletes can track their own times using their smart watch or the running clock in the gym.

 

  • Location: CrossFit 782, 570 North River Road, Charlottetown, PEI

  • Date: Saturday, September 12th 

  • Time: Heats beginning at 10:00am

  • Cost (not including taxes and fees)

    • Individuals - $40

    • Doubles - $60 

 

Divisions:

  • Individual - Male

  • Individual - Female

  • Doubles - Male

  • Doubles - Female 

  • Doubles - Mixed (M+F)

  • Tag Team (same format as doubles but runs are split between teammates 500m each, any gender combination)
