HYROX Training
What is Hyrox?
HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.
Each race is hosted indoors in expansive exhibition halls, creating an immersive and electrifying race, where your spectators can support you from the very beginning to the very end.
This race format remains consistent across the globe, enabling global leaderboards & a cumulative World Championships at the end of each race season.
Accommodating both professional athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level, HYROX is the sport for everybody.

Training for a HYROX competition?
The HYROX Training Club runs every Sunday from 11am-2pm and Wednesdays from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. There are also HYROX-specific Open gym times available on Wednesday and Friday at 7:00 pm.
These sessions are designed for individuals aiming to participate in HYROX or similar competitions. This style of training is also great for those looking to improve their overall aerobic endurance. All fitness levels are welcome.
For additional training options, HYROX Members can also participate in the Express classes throughout the week as well as CrossFit classes (Fundamentals required for CrossFit).
